A custom male Noxiie from the class "Entertainers" for ! c: (thighs = bells; legs = crystal; extra tattoo = chest)

I actually spent so much time on this lil guy ;u; I wanted him to look good and I struggled quite a lot to choose the hairstyle and use the palette properly..  ;u;
